Q. Why are Dr. Sethi’s SKIN Systems so important?

The SKIN by Dr. Sethi skincare Systems (or routines) were created based on years of a clinically-proven methodology Dr. Sethi has first-hand used within her medical spas while treating thousands of patients. 75% of Dr. Sethi’s skin care patients are women of color who seek to treat dark spots, skin tone discoloration, acne formation, scarring from acne and environmentally impacted skin, patchy skin texture, and more.  Dr. Simran Sethi found that these patients, mostly with skin types 3-6 , responded best to a dedicated and consistent skincare routine. 

While Dr. Simran Sethi understands skin care choices are very personal to each individual, and there are single product options available for purchase by SKIN by Dr. Sethi – we believe whole-heartedly that using a dedicated set of products not only simplifies and removes overwhelming skincare decisions, but a set routine signals the skin to react productively and stay on the linear path to fully transformed and radiant skin.   

Q.  What does clinically proven mean?

Clinically-proven essentially means Dr. Sethi has performed safe and dedicated use of the Skin by Dr. Sethi skincare products to track and see substantial evidence-based results over years of use within Dr. Sethi’s medically-supervised medical spas. 

Clinically-proven also measures that Skin by Dr. Sethi has also been personally suggested and supervised among a wide range of individuals with varying skin concerns, varying skin tones, varying skin types, varying backgrounds and more.

Q. What payment methods does Skin by Dr. Sethi offer?

Skin by Dr. Sethi accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay,Google Pay and Meta Pay when applicable. If you have a preferred method of payment that we don’t offer, please email us at support@skinbydrsethi.com so we can assess options as we’re always looking to expand our offerings.

Please note we do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.

Q. What does subscribe and save mean?

To ensure you never run out of your Skin by Dr. Sethi products, and to ensure you’re on a linear path to radiant skin – we encourage you to opt for our Subscribe and Save or our auto-replenishment program.  

By subscribing, you are saving 10% off EACH of your product purchase along with free shipping. We automatically send your favorite products based upon your chosen frequency  and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. 

After you join skinbydrsethi Subscription Service, you will receive an email confirming your Subscription order. This email will include a link to access the Subscription section in your account where you can manage your future orders, Subscription products and account information such as billing and address details.

Q.  Am I able to manage and edit my product subscription?

Absolutely! You are able to manage, edit, change the frequency of your product replenishment at ANY time! We understand that life happens, so we have made it easy for you to change and update your product subscription by visiting your account.

Change an order date: To change your next order date, please visit the Manage Subscription section within your account and click NEXT CHANGE DATE  button and then select a new date for your order. This will change the date of your next shipment.

Change shipment frequency: To modify the delivery frequency for a Subscription item, please visit the Manage Subscription section within your account. The current delivery frequency is displayed on the left side of the menu.. To change the delivery frequency for an individual subscription item, simply click the DELIVERY SCHEDULE and select your next desired frequency.

Cancel Subscription item: To cancel a Subscription, please visit the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION section of the product you wish to cancel within your account and click the Cancel Subscription located at the bottom left corner of the page. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for canceling. Once you’ve selected a cancel reason and clicked the Stop Subscription button, your subscription will be canceled and no future orders will be placed. Please Cancel your subscription at least 10 days prior to you next shipment order otherwise you will be charged for

Q. Can I use a discount code in my subscription products?

No, you can not redeem a discount code on a subscription at this time.

Q. HOW do I view my future deliveries?

Your very next scheduled orders will be listed in the Subscription section in your account on skinbydrsethi.com

Q. How can I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address by visiting the SHIPPING ADDRESS section within your account and then click the EDIT SHIPPING ADDRESS button in the drop down menu.

Q. How can I update my payment card details?

You can easily update your credit card information by going to PAYMENT METHODS within your account and then go to EDIT button, another window will appear on the right side of the screen asking you to SEND UPDATE EMAIL, by clicking this button you will receive email notification to change your payment card details. Pls follow the steps in the email to update your card.

Account > Payment Method > Edit > Send Update Email > open email > Enter Verification Code > Edit Card Detail

Q. Can I add items to my next order with an existing subscription service order? Yes. To do so, you must be logged into your account and click on ADD A PRODUCT button. When you click the button, you will have the option to add the item as one time only or as a subscription item.

Q. Can customers purchase subscription products using Shop Pay Installments?

Unfortunately you can't buy subscription products using Shop Pay Installments.

What is the Skin by Dr. Sethi return policy? 

Our goal is 100% satisfaction. Skin by Dr. Sethi stands behind its products and will issue a refund, exchange, replacement, or shop credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase. 

Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your purchased products. Refunds will be made by the original method of payment. 

Please email us at RETURNS@skinbydrsethi.com for a Return Authorization (RA). You will be required to have a Return Authorization before a full refund is granted.  

Skin by Dr. Simran Sethi cannot credit the return of merchandise returned without a return authorization email.

Q. Am I able to receive a full or partial refund for my products?

Once you request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION for your product(s) by emailing RETURNS@skinbydrsethi.com  – we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. 

We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method used upon initial purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post an electronic refund.

Q. Am I able to exchange my product(s) for any reason?

Within the first 30 days of your purchase, please send an email to returns@skinbydrsethi.com with your order number and which products you would like to return for a refund without an exchange. 

This email will prompt an automated reply email from our Customer Care with the next steps for a return/refund. Please keep an eye out for a return email with questions below that help us understand your reason for returning your products so we can provide a better experience in the future. 

Q. What countries do you currently offer shipping for?

Currently, Skin by Dr. Sethi is only able to provide shipping domestically within the United States of America. We will provide an update once we are able to ship internationally!
