Return Policy for Individual Customers

Our goal is 100% satisfaction. Skin by Dr. Simran Sethi stands behind its products and will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 15 days of receipt of the products.  Refunds will be made by the original method of payment. Please email us at hello@skinbydrsethi.com for a Return Authorization (RA). 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please submit your request to hello@skinbydrsethi.com with your order number as soon as possible. We strive to process orders quickly, so we ask that requests be made within one hour of placing your order, we will do our best but can't guarantee. Use the subject line: URGENT CHANGE NEEDED.

Please note that we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been fulfilled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns, Exchanges & Restocking Policy for Retailers.

Skin by Dr. Sethi stands behind its products and will issue a replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided you notify us within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. A restocking fee of 35% will apply to all unused, unopened items returned when no error has been made in merchandising or shipping.

We will issue a replacement or credit for legitimate quality-related issues. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Please email us at hello@skinbydrsethi.com to discuss your concerns and to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before returning any product. Returns sent without an RA will not be credited.
